Plot The plot revolves around two women, Zara and Aliide. Zara, a
young woman, escapes from Russian human traffickers who had smuggled her from Russia to Tallinn, Estonia, under the pretext of working at a hotel. There, she is beaten and raped, providing sexual services to gangster clients. After escaping, she finds shelter at the home of an older woman, Aliide. The two women share not only similar painful experiences but also
blood ties. Zara’s experiences force Aliide to re-evaluate her life, which is full of suffering, sacrifice, and unrequited love.
